This policy covers all service, installation, inspection, and maintenance work by Apollo Doors, LLC.
Clients pay a $99 dispatch fee when they book a service call. Apollo refunds this fee in full if the client cancels before a technician is on the way. Once a technician is en route or on site, the fee is non-refundable. After-hours and emergency calls follow the same rule. The dispatch fee does not apply as a credit toward repair charges.
Apollo warrants its labor for 90 days from the date of completion. If a covered defect appears in that window, Apollo repairs it at no labor charge.
Parts carry the manufacturer’s warranty, typically one year. Apollo contacts the manufacturer and manages the replacement claim for you.
For parts Apollo installed, our one-year service warranty covers the dispatch fee and labor to replace a defective part. For parts Apollo did not install, the client pays the dispatch fee and labor to replace them.
The labor and service warranties do not cover:
Apollo cannot warranty work on a door that never reached the recommended repair standard.
When a job requires parts, Apollo provides separate quotes for labor and parts. The client pays for parts in full before work begins. Custom and special-order parts, including historic hardware, are non-refundable.
Apollo accepts returns of unused stock parts. Returns carry a 20% restocking fee.
Clients may cancel a maintenance agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Apollo does not refund any portion of the current term.
AAADM safety inspection fees are non-refundable. The fee covers the inspection itself, whatever the result.
Email info@apollodoorsystems.com within 10 days of the invoice date. Apollo reviews each request and replies by email. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer controls when the credit posts to your account.
